We’ve constructed a new leadership development pathway for our small group leaders at Grace Community Church.

Love the paradigm shift! Did you draw inspiration for this system from somewhere or is there anyplace where I can get more info? I’m working to try to relaunch small groups/missional communities at Grace Church in Florida and would appreciate any insight you could give about this development strategy.
